DELIVERY AND TURNAROUND STRUCTURE
You can choose from 3 turnaround options when you order with Lightning Print.
See below for the different options.
STANDARD DELIVERY
Delivery dates for standard production are based on receiving both an order and correct artwork by 12pm.
Our standard delivery time is 9am – 5:30pm.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Jobs over £1500 will have one additional day added to the quoted production time. At £3,000 there will be two additional days added. For every subsequent £1,500 there will also be an extra day added.
EXAMPLES OF A STANDARD production
If an order is placed before midday on Monday, it will be dispatched on Wednesday for delivery on Thursday.
If the order is placed before midday on Thursday, it will be dispatched the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
* Lightning Print operate Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
EXPRESS DELIVERY
Your entire order will be fast-tracked and ready for dispatch (Mon-Fri to UK mainland).
To get an Express production, you should place your order and upload correct artwork by 11am.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES

EXAMPLE OF Express Production
If an order is placed before 11am on Monday, the delivery will arrive on Wednesday.
LIGHTNING DELIVERY
We will prioritise the production of your entire order ready for dispatch the same working day (Mon-Fri to UK mainland).
To get Lightning Production, you should place your order and upload correct artwork by 9am.

exceptions to production times
The following products are exempt from above turnaround times, due to the product needing ‘resting’ time before dispatch:
– All laminated products
– Foiled finishes
– Booklet quantities over 300
– Glued pads
These products will add an additional two days to any purchased production time. Please bare this in mind when placing your order, as you will not be elligble for a refund on delivery.
